It celebrates the importance of goat and sheep breeding in the economy of the village of Arbus. It takes place every year at the end of July at the municipal amphitheatre and a lot of people come there. There are many goat meat tasting cooked in the traditional way: roasted, boiled with potatoes and onions, roasted cheese, cheese in general. Local food and handicrafts, cheese making labs, folk groups and shows.
