The little beach, made up of sand and crushed stone, offers a magnificent blue sea with its clear water, the best place to enjoy the sun and have a bath in totally relax. It can be easily reached through many paths that start from the village of Porto Palma. This place is only few km far from the beach of Torre dei Corsari and it is also called Tunaria because, in the last century, it was a village where fishermen fished tuna. There was also a tuna-fishery whose symbol was a standing lion with a cross on its legs that represented the owner family of the fishery.

The old houses of the fishermen’s village have been restored and turned into tourist services. Porto Palma is also a little harbor where boats can dock because it is protected from the wind.

Among tourist service there are many accomodation, a car park, bars, restaurants and a slipway for little boats.
